Monica's Cityscapes
Monica’s Cityscape Drawings are her fluid depictions of cities and towns in her unique style.
Any resident of Austin, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, New Orleans or Key West will want to have one to proudly display on their wall as a symbol of their hometown or as a momento for a visit.
These pen and ink drawings derive from Monica’s love of architecture, especially the designs of Phillip Johnson.
Each cityscape is a combination of structures that do not necessarily exist in the way depicted but are grouped together to reinforce the flavor of that particular city.
Monica uses color and design to further accentuate the architecture and the results are simply stunning!
